Location: Brazil (100% Remote or Hybrid for Serra Gaúcha residents)

Compensation Currency: Brazilian Real (BRL)

Contract: Permanent Full Time (CLT) - 42h/week

What we expect from you

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Sales Operations team. Theideal candidate will have some experience in making sense of complex data in excel heavy processes, sales commission calculations, SaaS metrics with a strong interest in developing their analytical skills in a high-growth B2B environment. The candidate should be eager to learn, comfortable working with data, and able to communicate findings in a structured way. Collaboration and adaptability will be essential, as they will work closely with cross-functional teams to support decision-making


Key responsibilities include:

  • Support the global revenue organization in general, and on topics of compensation and commissions in general
  • Drive continuous improvement to achieve and maintain operational excellence for the Revenue Organization
  • Ensure all business-critical data is captured and workflows/automation are efficient
  • Develop insights, present findings, and make educated recommendations
  • Generate performance dashboards that encompass key metrics to be reviewed with senior Sales leadership
  • Bring creative solutions to a broad range of operational challenges
  • Use advanced technology tools to drive business intelligence and continuous improvement.


Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication, writing, listening and reading skills;
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel is a must (working knowledge of advanced analytics tools Python, R, PowerBI, etc. is a plus)
  • Experience in sales operations & strategic planning. Analytical background is a plus (degree in a STEM field)
  • Experience partnering with cross functional stakeholder groups
  • Experience in pipeline reporting, including data processing, outcome delivery, and impact analysis presentation.
  • Experience working through ambiguity to provide practical solutions in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience developing compensation plans and incentive schemes is a plus
