Manager, Product Development Overview
Elevate Experiences is seeking a highly-motivated individual with a passion for sports, entertainment, culinary and travel. We are searching for a detail-oriented, highly organized individual with excellent communication skills who enjoys both autonomy and teamwork. The Product Manager will play a key role in the creation and packaging of experiences, with an emphasis on major events and travel programs. He or she will be expected to present the best possible options to the sales team, in an effort to provide the utmost value to our clients and prospective customers.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Research hotels, venues, transportation providers, ticketing/hospitality, to form packages for clients and perspective buyers
- Create key proposals which ultimately will be leveraged by the sales team
- Work within the Elevate ecosystem to identify opportunities to further the growth of the Experiences group, and the overall company
- Continually update and create marketing materials as events approach
- Oversee vendor selection and contractual process by sourcing top performers, negotiating pricing and reviewing legal ramifications.
- Help support the event team, conveying appropriate information relating to active programs
- Manage program budgets and reconciliation.
- Occasional on-site support of client events
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (marketing, advertising, hospitality or communications is preferred).
- 3+ years marketing experience
- Self-driven, highly motivated and incredibly detail oriented, with a passion for special events focused in sports, entertainment, culinary and travel.
- Excellent communication skills, organizational skills, interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Dynamic, energetic, resourceful and creative.
- A team player who is comfortable in a corporate environment.
- A can-do person who believes that no task is too small.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience managing a budget.
- Proven ability to manage VIPs and C-Suite executives.
- Strong customer service skills
Compensation
The salary range for this role is $65,000 - $75,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in San Francisco, New York City, Charlotte, or Nashville. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
