Thorough understanding of Sales Force Service Cloud capabilities including but not limited to LWC, Aura, Rest/SOAP API, etc. Follow Lean Agile Methodology and deliver highly functional solutions on the Service Cloud. Understand the needs of the Product Owner or Technical Lead in order to provide a solution that supports their requested functionality. Participate in product user story grooming and technical work break down including estimates/story pointing. Lead and assist other developers through sprint and project deliverables. Work with the Product Team to develop technical designs including but not limited to process flows and use case definitions. Follow Salesforce best practices throughout the development and deployment cycles. Remote Work Available. Telecommuting required - employee may live anywhere in the United States.
Minimum Salary: $111,405.00
Maximum Salary: $145,950.00
VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.
Qualifications
Requirements Include: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field of study and 5 years of experience, including 4 years with Salesforce Service Cloud tools including Postman, Visio, Jenkins, Copado, and Omni-Channel Concepts; 4 years of development experience with Salesforce Lighting Web Components, Aura Components, and Tableau CRM; 4 years of experience with reading log files to examine health of the application, track system issues, and capable of executing SOQL and SOSL commands; 4 years of working experience with Microservices integration including inbound and outbound integration capability; and 4 years of experience with Einstein Bot and IVR products, as well as the following products in this line of business function, including Salesforce Voice, Five9, and Ingenious.
