Simpalm is a custom software development company based in USA. We are currently looking for a Business Development Representative for our company. BDR can be located in nearshore locations like Brazil, Mexico, Argentina. We are looking for a BDR who can reach out to potential leads in USA and sell our software design and development services. You can work remotely anywhere in nearshore location.
Responsibilities
· Create leads based upon the ideal customer profiles, company will provide you details on ICP.
· Reach out to leads via email, LinkedIn and phone calls to tell them about company’s services.
· Nurture leads to convert them into sales.
· Book appointments with the sales team.
· Attend weekly team meetings to discuss sales strategies, updates, and targets.
Requirements
· 3-4 years of experience in lead generation or business development, especially in B2B.
· Reliable team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Experience with Linkedin and Sales navigator
· Experience with email marketing tools like SNOVIO or any other email marketing tools.
· Excellent English proficiency (C1 or C2 level).
· Quiet work environment suitable for speaking with customers.
· Ability to work full-time (40-50 hours per week).
· Must be adaptable to various sales campaigns and tasks.
