THE ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and data-driven Sales and Revenue Operations Manager to join our US and Canada based Americas Go-to-Market Team. This role will be instrumental in aligning sales, marketing, alliances, and customer success to optimize our revenue-generating processes, improve sales efficiency, and drive growth. The ideal candidate possesses a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and CRM systems (Salesforce.com in particular), and a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights. A strategic thinker with a keen ability to influence key decision-makers and sales team members, the capacity to champion change will prove fundamental to success.
What You Will Do
Design, implement, and manage efficient sales processes and workflows aligned with overall business objectives and poised for efficiency, scalability, and growth
Collaborate with the greater sales organization to optimize lead generation, qualification, and conversion
Create and implement demand generation and management strategy
Manage and optimize deal desk function, ensuring efficient contract and pricing management, and timely deal closure
Oversee regional CRM and sales support tool optimization strategy, while ensuring alignment and providing support to global initiatives
Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline sales and revenue operations processes
Drive rigorous pipeline management and data integrity, enforcing sales team accountability for accurate stage progression, deal size, and close date management
Develop accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management processes
Build advanced reporting and dashboards to provide actionable insights to the region
Conduct in-depth analysis of sales and marketing performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Develop and implement strategies to effectively support American and Canadian clients, including understanding their unique needs, cultural nuances, and business practices
Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration to drive process innovation and ensure successful implementation of solutions.
Build and manage sales compensation plans and quotas
What It Takes
Possess strong executive presence with the ability to effectively communicate and influence at all levels of the organization, including C-suite executives
Accomplished, hands-on with a successful track record in sales operations, support, and enablement
Deep understanding of sales cycles, buyer journeys, and sales methodologies
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams to uncover and address pain points
Proficient with Salesforce.com, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, among others
Extensive background in both Professional Services and SaaS Software businesses, with an emphasis on enterprise clients based primarily in the United States and Canada
Superior analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into useful and actionable insights
Proven ability to take ownership, work independently, and resolve competing priorities
Demonstrated success in making an impact, building consensus, and driving change within a fast-paced environment
7+ years of experience in revenue or sales operations
Experience with various CRM, PSA, ERP, and sales/revenue/marketing intelligence platforms preferred
Direct sales experience in a quota carrying enterprise role preferred
