The Opportunity

We’re looking for an Integration Business Analyst to join our team — remote work.

Join a dynamic, globally distributed team of professionals driving seamless system integrations for our Planview products. As an Integration Analyst, you’ll be at the forefront of connecting critical business systems, designing integration solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth data flows and optimized processes.

We’re seeking a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in system integration, data migration, IT project management or related roles. In this role, you’ll engage directly with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, facilitate integration workshops, and develop documentation that bridges business needs with technical solutions. You’ll have the opportunity to work with a modern integration platforms and tools while contributing to large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

What You'll Do

Requirements Gathering and Analysis

  • Collaborate with customers to understand their business processes, requirements, and data integration needs.
  • Analyze existing systems and workflows to identify integration opportunities and potential challenges.

Manage Customer Integration Workshops

  • Facilitate integration workshops with clients to guide them on best practices and recommend appropriate integration solutions.

Design Documentation

  • Develop detailed integration specification documents, including both functional and technical requirements.

Support Planning and Stakeholder Coordination

  • Communicate and exchange desired customer timelines with the development team.
  • Keep stakeholders, including customers and internal delivery teams, informed about integration plans, timelines, and progress updates.

Testing and Validation

  • Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT) with stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot, resolve, or escalate issues that arise during the testing phase.

Collaboration and Communication

  • Work closely with developers, business analysts, and other teams to design and implement integration solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to end-users and other stakeholders.
  • Clearly communicate technical issues and resolutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Subject Matter Expertise and Customer Support

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing and coordinating technical requests and integration-related inquiries.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong foundation in technical concepts, with an understanding of data migration, process mapping, and IT infrastructure.
  • Proficiency with integration platforms and tools such as SnapLogic, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of ERP, HR, or Financial systems is an advantage.
  • Experience managing integration projects.
  • Ability to analyze complex systems and processes to identify integration points.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve system issues effectively.
  • Familiarity with industries such as technology, finance, healthcare, or manufacturing is beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
