Job description

We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Analyze and structure large data sets, with a focus on platforms like Snowflake
Collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs and project scope
Create use cases, process models, and business requirements
Develop high-quality documentation and translate requirements into technical specifications
Work with agile and waterfall methodologies, ensuring effective requirement management
Facilitate workshops and communicate with stakeholders
Assist in UX design, customer experience, and prototyping

Requirements:

3+ years of experience
B2/C1 English proficiency
Strong analytical and communication skills
Experience with IT business analysis and HR background a plus
Knowledge of agile software development, Scrum, and process modeling
Ability to manage requirements and identify solutions independently
Familiarity with UX design principles and user-centered design
Leadership and team coordination skills
