Are you an aspiring Account Director or Associate Director specialising in PR & Communications? Copper Consultancy is expanding and we're looking to hear from talented professionals like you.

We’re recruiting in London, Bristol, Manchester, Cardiff, Glasgow or Dublin we'd love to connect.

What you’ll need:

A passion for communications, public affairs and campaigns
Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and industry partners
Expertise in communications, engagement, and consultation strategy and delivery
Experience mentoring and guiding team members
While experience in construction and infrastructure isn’t required, a strong willingness to learn and immerse yourself in the industry is essential

What you’ll do:

Lead a portfolio of clients to enact difficult change, for good reasons
Support and inspire teams to deliver excellent outcomes
Actively participate in Copper’s new business development and marketing strategy
