Job description

Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a Communications Marketing Manager - Corporate Social Responsibility to join our client's team. The experienced Marketing and Communications Manager will drive Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) communications and marketing. As an embedded role on the CSR Philanthropy and Communications team, this role would collaborate closely with colleagues in Brand Communications and Brand Marketing to de responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that effectively communicate the company's social impact, sustainability efforts, and ethical business practices to stakeholders, while driving engagement and brand value through close collaboration with the brand marketing and communications teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for CSR initiatives
  • Create compelling narratives around sustainability and social impact programs
  • Lead the development of CSR-related content across all marketing channels
  • Partner with brand marketing and communications teams to ensure consistent messaging
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather impact data and success stories
  • Manage relationships with external partners and stakeholders
  • Monitor and report on CSR marketing performance metrics
  • Ensure alignment between CSR messaging and overall brand strategy


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years focused on CSR or sustainability
  • Proven track record in developing successful marketing campaigns
  • Experience in brand marketing and corporate communications
  • Strong understanding of sustainability communications and reporting
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
  • Experience with impact measurement and reporting
  • Experience with sustainability reporting and communications
  • Strong background in brand marketing and corporate communications
  • Data visualization and storytelling capabilities
  • Experience with sustainability marketing best practices
  • Ability to build consensus across multiple stakeholder groups
