Job description

ITMAGINATION helps its Clients by becoming a true extension of their software and data development capabilities. Through the readily set up, comprehensive, and self-governing teams, we let our Clients focus on their business while we make sure that their software products and data tools scale up accordingly and with outstanding quality.

We are looking for experienced team players to fill the Tech/Team Lead - Mainframe position and participate in our up-and-coming project for our client from the banking industry.

You can expect:

Leading a strategic remote initiative for a large international bank.
Ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of technical solutions.

Requirements

Minimum of 8-10 years hands on experience in IBM Mainframe technologies with particular focus on Assembler
Proven experience leading technical teams.
Very strong hands on analysis, development, testing and estimation skills
Familiarity with mainframe modernization and application migration processes.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Excellent communication skills in English
