Job description

We are looking for Technical Lead with 5-8 Years of Experience for our esteemed client for Bangalore Location.
Key Skills: MSG-3, MMEL, Power plant, Structures, Zonal, EWIS, L/HIRF, MPD and Task Cards manual, MSI, FAA, PPFMA, FFMEA, SSA and FTA, ATA MSG# 2018

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
• Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.
• Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
• Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.
• Keeping up to date with industry trends and developments.
• Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.
• Motivating staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns.
• Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.
• Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders.

Required Skills, Qualifications (Technical Competency):
• Experience in Development of Scheduled Maintenance Program (MSG-3) and Master Minimum Equipment List (MMEL) on Various Systems of an Aircraft like,
• Hydraulic, Mechanical, Electrical, Avionics and Mission.
• Power plant
• Structures, Zonal, Electrical wiring interconnection system (EWIS) and Lighting / High Intensity Radiated Filed (L/HIRF)
• Experience in development of MSG-3 policy and procedure handbook (PPH). 
• Experience in development of Maintenance Planning Development (MPD and Task Cards manual.
• Exposure to MSI selection, identify effects and causes for the identified MSIs. Prepare Preliminary work sheet / forms, Task Interval determination.
• Experience in selecting and analyzing the MMEL candidate, while maintaining the level of safety intended in the applicable standards, may temporarily be inoperative either due to the inherent redundancy of the design, and /or due to specified operational and maintenance procedures, conditions, and limitations, and in accordance with the applicable procedures for continued airworthiness.
• Experience in, item category definition, Deferral procedures and operating and
• maintenance procedures for the MMEL items.
• Experience in interacting with various cross function domains like Design group, manufactures / operators and suppliers is must.
• Exposure to various Systems Safety Analysis techniques like Reliability Prediction, PPFMA, FFMEA, SSA and FTA and understanding on standards like ATA MSG# 2018.1 is desirable.
• Experience in FAA approval assistance and participation in various Reviews meetings with Client.
• Collaboration with multiple engineering domains, e.g., Hardware, Software and Test Equipment Team.
• Knowledge of aircraft systems and subsystems is desired.
• Adherence to Delivery Schedule, Cost & Quality metrics.
