Job description

Position Overview: 

As the Senior Manager of Enterprise Operations and Data Delivery, your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure inbound life science client data is processed properly and efficiently, as well as to deliver meaningful, high-quality application data and insights on time and aligned to their client business purposes.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Building and iterating on processes that optimize data processing and production of deliverables
  • Ensuring visibility of the delivery calendar to internal stakeholders, instilling confidence, relaying status, and supporting scalability
  • Ensuring client requirements are clear and comprehensive
  • Interface with clients from time to time to explain deliverables or clarify data requirements
  • Creating and implementing metrics and reports to guarantee quality on-time deliverables and solid processes
  • Keeping client delivery sites clean, secure, and organized
  • Identifying areas for improvement and/or automation
  • Understanding RxVantage data assets 

The ideal candidate:

  • Extensive horizontal leadership experience, honed interpersonal skills, and strong team leadership and multi-tasking abilities
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and negotiation skills
  • Minimum four years product operations, project management, or product management experience including interactions with customers 
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
  • Strong familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices
  • Proven ability to roll up their sleeves, get in the weeds, and solve problems creatively and resourcefully with a strong attention to detail
  • Basic tools including G-Suite, Slack, Excel, Jira, Confluence, Miro, Lucid Charts, SQL, Snowflake
