As their external recruitment agency, we are seeking a Remote Enterprise Account Manager to manage and expand their existing customer base while driving usage and customer satisfaction. This is a remote position based in Australia, offering a competitive salary of up to AU$110k plus OTE and stock options. We are specifically looking for candidates experienced in telco or SaaS wireless solutions, with native English fluency and full work rights.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow our client’s existing customer base, building strong and lasting relationships.
  • Drive customer engagement and satisfaction through effective account management strategies.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximise revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless customer onboarding and support.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to provide valuable insights to clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven account management experience, preferably in telco or SaaS wireless solutions.
  • Track record of successfully managing and growing key accounts.
  • Native English speaker with excellent communication skills.
  • Full work rights in Australia.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
