Owls in this role will oversee the day-to-day activities of the company's operations, focusing on enhancing operational systems and performance. This role involves working with people, partners and coordinating on internal initiatives with other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate is a team player, a problem solver, data and metrics-oriented, and always looking for ways to support company leaders in developing and executing short and long-term initiatives to drive growth and success. Reporting to the Senior Business Operations Specialist, this role involves partnering with Product, HR, and Operations Leads to support planning and execution of internal initiatives. The ideal candidate will build strong stakeholder relationships, be detail oriented in project management, and be able to proactively communicate gaps/risks/opportunities.
This is a fully remote position, however, applicants must be located in and eligible to work in either the United States or Canada.

Physical Requirements:
Owls must be able to use virtual reality headsets but are not expected to own one.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a remote full-time, 40-hours per week position. Core hours of work are Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. CT.
Travel:
For Owls working outside of the Austin, TX area, travel to Austin may be required 2 to 6 times per year.
