Internship Role: Project, Product & Operations Management

In this role, you’ll gain real-world experience in managing projects, developing internal processes, and improving product workflows, all while playing a key part in shaping how M365Connect scales its operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:
📌 Project & Product Management
  • Assist in defining project scopes & objectives to improve our recruitment operations.
  • Help in process automation & workflow optimization, leveraging AI and digital tools.
  • Work on task prioritization & resource allocation for ongoing projects.
  • Support in product development efforts, identifying ways to enhance our recruitment solutions.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX teams to refine internal dashboards and tracking tools.
  • Contribute to market research & competitor analysis for strategic product planning.
📌 Operations & Business Management
  • Document processes to standardize operations (SOPs, SOWs, etc.).
  • Identify bottlenecks in recruitment & onboarding and propose solutions.
  • Engage with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to streamline workflows.
  • Support the automation of candidate & client management to enhance efficiency.
  • Track key metrics and ensure project alignment with company objectives.
