💼 About the position:

Join us as a Business Development Executive) to bring clean solar energy to Mexico! Work with our Sales team and play a critical role in achieving Bright’s goals by aligning with the company's priorities. You'll be responsible for generating high-quality leads, building relationships with senior decision-makers in the industrial and commercial sectors, and executing tailored outreach strategies to expand Bright's sales portfolio. You will collaborate with the CEO, Product Leads, and Sales team to drive our goal of installing 66 new MW of solar projects by June 2025

Tasks

💻 What You’ll Do

🔥 Find & Win New Business – Identify high-value industrial and commercial clients, reach out, and land major contracts.

🤝 Build Relationships That Matter – Work closely with senior executives and decision-makers to position Bright as the go-to solar partner.

🔍 Customize Solar Solutions – Understand client energy needs, create tailored solar strategies, and deliver high-impact solutions.

📈 Drive Growth & Revenue – Lead strategic outreach campaigns, secure long-term partnerships, and help exceed revenue targets.

Collaborate for Success – Work alongside Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with Bright’s goals.

Requirements

You’re a Sales Closer: 7–10 years in B2B sales or business development, with 15+ industrial solar deals closed and a track record of driving revenue.
