Are you driven by a passion for helping others and solving technical problems? Now we are looking for a Junior Support Specialist with English to join our Support Team. If you have a talent for connecting with others, thrive in fast-paced environments, and enjoy learning new skills, this is the opportunity for you!
Daily activities: 
  • Handle our English-speaking customers’ requests via e-mail and live chat (occasionally via phone) with the highest level of customer service.
  • Dealing with technical issues reported by our customers (including a technical analysis of the configuration of Profitroom's products).
  • Represent the company while interacting with our customers and partners.
  • Cooperate internally with other company departments to resolve customers’ queries.



Requirements
  • Excellent command of Polish and English in both speech and writing.
  • Experience in a similar position, customer support, or other related roles.
  • Empathy and passion for helping others - you look for opportunities to exceed customers' expectations.
  • Patience and ability to work under time pressure - we want to help our customers as smoothly as possible.
  • Proficiency in using the computer (typing, quickly navigating between different tools).
  • Ability to explain complex functionalities in an understandable and easy way.
  • A team player attitude - you’ll collaborate within the team to serve our customers.
  • Open mind and willingness to learn new things constantly and adjust to changes.

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry.

Recruitment process:

  • Intro call with the Recruiter (up to 45 minutes)
  • Role and Team fit interview with Hiring Manager and Team Leader (up to 60 minutes)
