User
journey mapping: Define and document the complete user journeys, including touchpoints, user
goals, look and feel, and pain points, to ensure a seamless experience, while
optimizing the current mobile experience using mobile-first design principles
and following the latest technological trends where possible.
User
research and insights: Conduct ongoing user research (e.g., interviews, surveys, and usability
testing) to gather insights into user needs, behaviours, and expectations, and
adapt designs to align with evolving requirements and industry trends.
Information
architecture: Design the structure and organization of information to ensure intuitive
navigation and accessibility throughout the product, integrating new ideas and
concepts to continuously improve usability while staying updated with modern
design trends.
Wireframes,
prototypes, and new ideas: Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize user flows and validate the
design approach before development, incorporating the latest tools and
practices.
Visual
design elements and branding: Develop the user interface, including layouts, typography, color schemes, and
interactive components, combining creativity with an awareness of design
elements. Ensure consistent design elements across all touchpoints while
aligning with the brand identity.
Interactive
design and feedback: Design and implement interactive and engaging elements such as buttons, forms,
and animations to guide users effectively through their journey, testing for
intuitiveness and refining the experience with modern, user-friendly
interactions and feedback. Identify and advice on engagement options.
Accessibility
and responsiveness: Ensure the design is accessible to diverse user groups and responsive across
devices and platforms, with a strong emphasis on enhancing the mobile
experience and low-data access for remote users.
