Job description

Billennium has been operating in the IT services and solutions industry for more than 20 years. Since 2003, the company has grown with the advancement of technology, providing the best solutions to our clients. We execute IT projects and services in Poland, across the European Union, as well as in Canada. Currently, we employ over 1800 specialists specializing in the latest business-supporting solutions.

Currently, we are looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer who will join our team.

You will:

Conducting user research: Collecting and analyzing data on user needs and behaviors to create products tailored to their expectations.
Creating prototypes and mockups: Designing interactive prototypes and mockups using tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Usability testing: Organizing and conducting usability tests, analyzing results, and implementing necessary improvements.
Designing user interfaces: Creating intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces that enhance user experience and meet business goals.
Working closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

3+ years of UX design experience, preferably including work with complex digital environments.
Proficiency in UX software such as Sketch or Figma.
Demonstrated ability to understand client requirements and translate them into intuitive user experiences.
Strong grasp of mobile-first and responsive design principles.
Experience with user research methodologies, user testing, and rapid prototyping.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Fluency in English
