Support Paid Social Campaign Execution: Execute and assist in the implementation of paid social campaigns, contributing to account setup, strategy development, organization, and management.
Client Support and Task Coordination: Assist Account Managers in managing day-to-day client interactions and task execution to maintain smooth workflow.
Utilize Reporting Tools and Analytics: Utilize reporting, analytics, and trend tools for generating weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, contributing insights and recommendations.
Support Campaign Setup and Optimization: Assist in campaign setup tasks such as target development, creative testing, and basic bid and budget management.
Task Prioritization and Performance Tracking: Prioritize tasks effectively, track campaign results, perform data analysis, and actively engage in client communications.
Contribute to Process Improvement: Actively seek opportunities to propose process improvements contributing to the team's overall success.
Assist in Strategy Fulfillment: Aid in meeting client strategy by supporting the creation of deliverables and contributing to data-driven recommendations.
Familiarity with buying paid ads on Meta
Preferred: experience buying paid ads on TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn, or X
Demonstrated success in analyzing data and using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions
Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Slides, and Google Sheets.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across clients, multiple partner relationships, and internal initiatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with external and internal teams.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
Excellent communication skills, fostering effective collaboration within the team.
Strong organizational abilities managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and spreadsheet software.
Adaptability to new technologies and industry changes, maintaining a continuous learning mindset.
Strong problem-solving skills to identify campaign issues and propose effective optimizations.
Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team, supporting members and contributing to campaign success.
The hiring salary range for this role is $65,000 - $72,000. We also offer an incentive pay program (RevShare) comprising a monthly variable revenue payment opportunity and a discretionary annual performance bonus.
Hiring salaries are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, parity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
