The opportunity
Adobe Express for Business is revolutionizing how companies create engaging content, enabling teams to produce on-brand marketing materials, social media content, and business communications with unprecedented speed and consistency. As businesses of all sizes embrace digital transformation, Adobe Express for Business is positioned to become an essential tool in their creative and marketing technology stack.

We're seeking a Principal Product Marketing Manager to lead our go-to-market strategy for Adobe Express for Business, focusing on small and medium-sized organizations through our inside sales channels. This role will be instrumental in driving  growth in this strategic segment, working closely with sales teams to capture the massive opportunity in the business creativity space.

What you'll do

  • Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies that drive growth and adoption of Adobe Express for Business among small and medium-sized organizations

  • Own the product narrative and value proposition for target segments, creating compelling messaging that resonates with business decision-makers and creative professionals

  • Partner with inside sales leadership to develop enablement programs, sales plays, and customer-facing materials that accelerate deal velocity

  • Drive demand generation strategies and campaigns in collaboration with digital marketing teams to build and convert pipeline

  • Conduct deep market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product strategy

  • Create strategic content and sales tools that demonstrate the ROI and business impact of Adobe Express for Business

  • Work cross-functionally with product management, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful launches and feature releases

  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and sales data to optimize go-to-market approaches and improve conversion rates

What you'll need to succeed

  • 6+ years of B2B software product marketing experience, with a proven track record of driving growth through inside sales channels

  • Deep understanding of SMB buying dynamics, sales processes, and marketing technology needs

  • Experience developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies for software products

  • Strong background in sales enablement and working with inside sales organizations

  • Understanding of creative workflows and marketing operations is highly valuable

  • Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities, with demonstrated success in creating compelling B2B narratives

  • Track record of building and maintaining strong cross-functional relationships

  • Data-driven approach to decision making with strong analytical capabilities

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $109,800 -- $240,800 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
