We are looking for a Corporate Marketing Manager DACH to join our mission to create a #CyberFit future and protect all data, applications and systems across any environment.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Corporate Marketing Manager DACH to drive our regional marketing initiatives forward. The Marketing Manager should excel in strategic planning, event execution, and collaborating closely with sales teams.
Acronis' marketing team is the cornerstone of the company’s strategy, focusing on rapid growth through impactful marketing programs executed in collaboration across various functions.

Ideal candidates will have a robust background in B2B marketing management, including expertise in lead generation, budget management, event planning, and digital campaigns. You'll find a rewarding career with us if you're also skilled in content creation and thrive in a dynamic work environment. This position basically will allow you complete remote work flexibility, but the ideal candidate is living in the greater Munich area and can meet with our teams multiple times a month at our Munich office to ensure team alignment and synergy.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Field Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a regional marketing strategy tailored to the DACH market to support business objectives and drive pipeline growth.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, email, social media, and event-based initiatives, to generate leads and build brand awareness.
  • Event Management: Organize and execute virtual and in-person events such as trade shows, webinars, and partner events, ensuring high-quality experiences and measurable ROI.
  • Sales Alignment: Collaborate closely with the sales team to create targeted campaigns and provide them with marketing assets and tools to support their efforts.
  • Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and regional market dynamics to inform marketing strategies.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Localization: Ensure consistent messaging according to our regional guidelines across relevant channels like website, documents or Nurtures.
  • Budget Management: Ensure a perfect mix of Investing in Lead and Demand Generation while having an eye on relevant key metrics to support target achievement.
  • Travel is required to meet our colleagues in several offices and engage with sales leaders as well as to attend strategic events or company events in Europe.


WHAT YOU BRING

  • 3+ years experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS, IT security, or related industries.
  • Proven track record in field marketing, campaign execution, and event management.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and regions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
