Our client - a new Silicon Valley based profitable B2C product startup building innovative mobile solutions for the planet, is now looking for a Marketing Manager (Mobile / General).

About project and position:

Based in Silicon Valley and backed by top-tier VCs is a new mobile innovator delivering exciting new products for consumers across the planet.
The company has a flagship VPN application that drives ~10M MAUs. There are others in the portfolio as well as others in development.

About Role:

This role requires a proactive individual. The Marketing Manager is tasked with developing and executing effective marketing strategies to grow the mobile and web user base, improving customer engagement, and building our brand.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • App Store Optimization (ASO): Optimize our organic app store assets, including descriptions, keywords, design assets, etc.
  • Paid Mobile Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute mobile marketing campaigns across app stores (iOS & Android) to drive user acquisition
  • Growth Marketing: Work with the product team to optimize in-app experiences, push notifications, onboarding flows, and other touchpoints to improve user engagement
  • Product Marketing: Build product positioning and messaging that drives familiarity, consideration, and action from our customers and prospects
  • Analyze and Optimize Campaigns: Analyze performance (LTV, incrementality) and cost of campaigns. Optimize campaigns based on performance. Conduct A/B tests in-app and on the web.
  • Innovation and New Marketing Channels: Identify and leverage new growth opportunities, such as affiliate programs, influencer marketing, or referral programs
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and engineering to execute marketing campaigns

Requirements:

  • 5 - 10 years of experience in mobile marketing
  • A strong grasp of the mobile product marketing toolkit (both paid and ASO), including market measurement, competitive analysis, target audience definition
  • Paid UA experience on web (Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc.)
  • Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Firebase, Appsflyer, etc.) to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Large-scale user acquisition through multiple channels (10M+ downloads per year)
  • Managing the entire campaign lifecycle, including ideation, design, channel selection, analytics, and optimization
  • English - Upper Intermediate+

  • Bachelors in a quantitative field (Engineering, Business, Economics, Math, Sciences etc.); MBA in marketing
