This position is for our client Kannect - a tech startup based out of Houston. Kannect is a community engagement platform revolutionizing how organizations and their community members connect, communicate, and collaborate. 

Job Description

We are seeking a Jr. Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Houston, United States. As a Jr. Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients while assisting senior team members in account management activities. This position is 100% remote, from 8am - 5pm CST.

  • Assist in managing a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Support senior account managers in developing and implementing account strategies
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and deliver solutions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using CRM software
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations and reports
  • Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Participate in client meetings and conference calls
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new clients
  • Stay informed about industry trends and company products/services

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or related field; experience with account management preferred
  • Proficiency in Hubspot CRM software and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Calendar, Meet)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Knowledge of SaaS sales is a plus
