What you will do:
The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with key players on our marketing team, assisting with tasks and execution across various marketing channels. Successful candidates for this role also will be responsible for handling correspondence with agents and communicating with vendors and other departments within the company to keep marketing efforts on track.
Coordinate annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly marketing strategies and plans.
Oversee the daily rollout of marketing activities to energize local and international real estate agents, driving growth and production.
Develop a comprehensive year plan and calendar of activities, including events, agent attractions, roadshows, and agent interactions.
Organize and coordinate monthly events focused on enhancing agent communication and engagement.
Host interactive events for agents to foster stronger connections and industry insights.
Liaise with the marketing company on weekly plans and strategies to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with the PR company on weekly plans and strategic communications.
Support the compliance team and country leader in implementing brand strategy while maintaining logo and image integrity.
Manage media and PR-related matters professionally, ensuring a strong brand presence.
Oversee data management and develop a structured data strategy categorized by key segments, with defined targets.
Develop HubSpot communications for various stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers, clients, investors, developers, and agents.
Conduct bi-monthly questionnaires for agents to maintain engagement and gather insights.
Coordinate and produce eXp South Africa’s newsletter every two months.
Attend and actively participate in weekly and monthly marketing meetings.
Develop and maintain the eXp World Office image and functionality.
Manage and enhance eXp South Africa’s frame offices, ensuring optimal operations and brand representation.
Facilitate marketing training sessions for agents at all levels.
Engage with eXp Global, eXp South Africa leadership, and agents to enhance storytelling, drive social media engagement, and develop strategic exposure for the agent team.
Identify and implement new marketing techniques, technologies, and systems to support agent success.
Develop and execute internal promotions, incentives, and strategic plans to increase agent production.
Coordinate care programs to support agent well-being.
Organize and manage social responsibility programs for eXp South Africa in collaboration with leadership, SAAAC, and the agent team.
Plan and execute annual awards events and related coordination.
Oversee vendor arrangements and expand eXp Solutions offerings.
Optimize referral programs to support revenue growth.
Introduce eXp Luxury Channels for enhanced international connectivity.
Collaborate with the country leader to develop strategies for providing better tools and resources for agents.
Define and document the immediate marketing strategy for the year.
Manage the merchandising delivery of third-party providers via the Shopify site, ensuring a primary focus on the leadership team and agent needs.
Focus on data management, lead generation and management of social media profiles.
Education & Experience:
High school diploma (Grade 12) required; a university degree in Marketing Management is essential.
1–2 years of experience in marketing and/or customer service, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment.
Strong interpersonal skills with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
Energetic, creative, and forward-thinking with a visionary mindset.
Detail-oriented, efficient, and accurate in execution.
Team player who contributes to a strong team culture.
Demonstrated leadership potential for future growth.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, MailChimp, or HTML is a plus.
