We are seeking an experienced and innovative Interior Designer to our clients team join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality design projects, from concept to completion, ensuring that all work meets the highest standards of creativity and functionality. This is a fantastic opportunity in interior design and looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

Multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Present design concepts, mood boards, and detailed presentations to clients, incorporating their feedback and preferences
Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service and a tailored sales approach
Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
Work closely with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure design integrity and project success
Engage clients in-person and over the phone to consult
Follow up on leads, quotes, and inquiries to convert opportunities into sales.
Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions by identifying their needs and presenting suitable options.

Skills and Experience:

Strong understanding of commercial interior design and the design process.
Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
Experience with premium products, furniture, or design is advantageous but not essential.
Previous experience with interior design companies is desirable
Excellent time management skill set and techniques
Tech savvy in a general sense
Exude confidence when presenting their work both internally and externally
Be industry savvy and up to date/ahead of the curve with latest trends
Ideally bring fresh supply chain into the business

Qualifications:

Degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of high-quality projects
Previous experience or internships in interior design are a plus.
Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
