Job description

Celigo is looking for a Payroll Analyst located in the Philippines. This role requires you to work during US business hours, Monday through Friday.

Prepares full-cycle semi-monthly payroll and ad-hoc payroll for 200+ US employees in 20+ states.
Manages timely and accurate payroll processes for new hires, transfers, leave of absence, promotions, and terminations, as well as garnishments, PTO, benefits, and taxes.
Maintains ADP Time & Attendance.
Generates and audits payroll reports for payroll and ad-hoc requests.
Assists with financial audit, 401(k) audit, and workers’ comp audit.
Responds to employee payroll inquiries, including but not limited to pay details, tax withholdings, PTO, garnishment, and 401(k).
Strong knowledge of federal/state payroll withholdings and proper taxation of employer benefits.
Assists in the preparation and distribution of year-end W-2s to employees

2 years processing US payroll
Experience with ADP Workforce Now (required)
ADP Celergo (preferred)
Sales Comp Calculation Experience (nice to have)
Proficiency in Excel required (ie. Sumif, if statements, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH formulas).

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all levels of an organization.
High-level attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to prioritize workloads, and tasks, meet deadlines, and respond to changing priorities in a hyper-growth environment.
Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and work collaboratively.
