This Payroll Specialist will be responsible for processing Canadian payroll on a biweekly schedule within Oracle. The role includes data entry for new hires to ensure accurate payroll processing and tax ID searches.
Responsibilities
- Process Canadian payroll on a biweekly schedule using Oracle.
- Perform data entry for new hires to ensure accurate payroll information.
- Search for and verify tax IDs.
Essential Skills
- Experience in payroll processing.
- Proficiency in data entry.
- Ability to work with Excel spreadsheets and create simple formulas.
- Experience with Canadian payroll.
- Knowledge of payroll taxes.
- Familiarity with Oracle.
- 3+ years of experience processing payroll for over 300 employees.
- 3+ years of data entry experience within payroll.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00
