We’re looking for a talented CRM Specialist to join our team and help drive personalized marketing strategies for our growing list of e-commerce clients. You’ll play a pivotal role in crafting and optimizing customer journeys, leveraging data to deliver meaningful insights, and ensuring every touchpoint in the customer lifecycle contributes to long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and optimize CRM strategies tailored to client objectives in the e-commerce sector.
Analyze customer data and behaviors to create targeted campaigns that drive engagement, retention, and conversion.
Collaborate with creative and media teams to align messaging across all channels.
Build, segment, and maintain accurate and up-to-date customer lists.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, using insights to make data-driven recommendations.
Stay updated with the latest CRM tools, technologies, and trends to ensure our strategies remain ahead of the curve.

Requirements

Proven experience as a CRM Specialist or in a similar role, preferably within e-commerce or digital marketing.
Hands-on experience with leading CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Klaviyo, Salesforce, etc.).
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Analytics, or similar.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with email marketing, marketing automation, and customer segmentation strategies.
