Who You Are
Brightwheel is seeking an exceptional Marketing Operations Associate to join the Marketing Operations team. This role is critical to drive growth strategies that are scalable, efficient, and data-driven. The ideal candidate will have a healthy balance of operations, technical, and analytical experience to design and implement innovative processes and solutions that enable our marketing efforts. Key responsibilities include managing our MarTech technologies, standardizing processes, and helping the team make smart, data-driven decisions to achieve more efficiency. This is a highly cross-functional and collaborative role, requiring both strategic and tactical execution. We are looking for a true team player who has previously executed operations and supported development for high-growth Marketing organizations with exceptional problem-solving skills.
What You'll DoManage technical aspects of key marketing systems used to generate, distribute, and report on strategic marketing initiativesBecome a power user of HubSpot, Chili Piper, and other marketing automation toolsSupport Demand Generation efforts with the logistics of building out and deploying tactics such as, but not limited to: emails, webinars, in-app messages, lead nurturing and scoring programs Work with the marketing operations team to help maintain all department technologies and data sources, ensuring upgrades/updates are recommended, planned for, and deployed in a timely and organized fashionOwns and manages responses to adhoc marketing operations requests via our project management tool, AsanaDevelop comprehensive documentation to support best practices and adoption complianceQualifications, Skills, & Abilities2-3 years of marketing operations experience2 years of project management experienceExperience in Hubspot and Salesforce preferred (or equivalent marketing automation platforms and CRMs)B2B marketing in a SaaS or high-tech organization preferred Competent in marketing areas including strategy, tech stacks, lead scoring, and lead nurturingStrong collaborative and cross-functional interpersonal skillsExceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple processes, programs, and procedures simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlinesBrightwheel is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment and is an equal opportunity employer.
