At Mission Inbox, we help businesses take control of their email deliverability and bypass Gmail and Outlook limits with an all-in-one platform. Our mission is to become the Salesforce of email management, and marketing plays a key role in driving our Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategy.
Weβre now looking for our first Marketing hire, a Marketing Assistant who will work directly under our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and help execute the marketing vision, setting the stage for a future leadership role. If youβre excited about building from scratch, taking ownership, and growing into a marketing leader, this role is for you.
As Marketing Assistant, you will take full ownership of execution across email marketing, social media, content, and events, driving the customer journey and growth efforts. Youβll be responsible for turning strategy into action, learning quickly, and continuously improving results.
Youβll have the opportunity to shape the future of marketing at Mission Inbox while working closely with the CRO and other teams.
β Email Marketing & PLG Execution
Manage and execute email marketing campaigns to drive user activation, engagement, and expansion.
Create drip sequences, newsletters, and customer retention campaigns tailored to different segments.
Optimize email flows based on open rates, CTRs, and conversion metrics.
β Social Media & Influencer Marketing
Manage Mission Inboxβs social media presence (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
Plan and schedule engaging content that aligns with our growth strategy and brand.
Collaborate with influencers to boost brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
β Webinars & Community Engagement
Organize, promote, and manage webinars to attract and educate potential customers.
Handle guest outreach, invites, setup, and post-webinar follow-ups.
Build and manage partnerships with industry experts and content collaborators.
β Content & SEO Strategy
Write, edit, and optimize blogs and website content to improve organic reach.
Execute SEO best practices to improve rankings and attract inbound leads.
Manage relationships with content agencies to scale our content production.
β Paid Media & Performance Marketing
Assist in managing paid media efforts and experiment with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and social paid campaigns over time.
Work with potential media agencies to implement and optimize performance-based campaigns.
β Prepare for SEM (Eventually)
Learn and experiment with paid media strategies (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to expand our marketing channels over time.

Experience or strong understanding of email marketing, social media, and content marketing.

Knowledge of customer journey strategies and how marketing drives user activation.

Ability to write compelling content for emails, blogs, and social media.

Basic understanding of SEO and organic growth strategies.
β
Experience managing content agencies or freelancers for content production.
β
Interest in or willingness to learn paid media strategies and work with agencies on execution.
β
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
β
Familiarity with startup life β understands that building something meaningful takes grit, commitment, and adaptability.
β Previous experience in B2B SaaS, email deliverability, or marketing automation.
β Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or other email marketing platforms.
β Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Figma) and video editing for social media.
