As part of our Customer Success Team, you will perform a key role in the Customer Training area in helping our customers to understand and use our products in the best possible way.   • Training: You conduct our EGYM Smart Strength and Smart Flex product training sessions and ensure that all studio owners and employees are up to date with our products
  • Guidance: You lead your customers to success with EGYM hardware and software solutions by being the main point of contact for Training related questions and show them how to get the best results from the EGYM products
  • Analysis: You analyse the training needs of our customers on site and are responsible for the implementation of the training
  • Collaboration: You form a tandem with the regional Concept Consultants and coordinate the integration and optimisation of the products and concepts at the customer's site together with them
  • Innovation: You support the planning, preparation and implementation of our EGYM Campus training in our partner studios
  • Optimisation: You will work closely with our CSM team (Customer Success Management) to ensure you understand the needs of the customer, every training session meets these needs and ensure maximum success of the products in their studios 
Your fitness level
  • Qualification: You have completed training or a degree in the field of Sport/Exercise Science and/or have specialist knowledge of Physiotherapy or Personal Training (minimum Level 3)
  • Professional Background: You have at least three years of experience in the fitness industry and have been in regular contact with customers
  • Training Skills: you are experienced with conducting training on a gym floor or group exercises 
  • Presentation Skills: You identify with innovative products and are prepared to present them in the form of lectures or direct sales of training courses
  • Drive: You enjoy working with customers in your field to bring new products to market.
  • Ambition: You want to take the next step in your career and represent a product with which you can change the fitness market for the better
  • Language Skills: You are fluent in English

Your training goal for your first 6 months
  • EGYM Knowledge: You will acquire the necessary specialist knowledge independently and with the support of colleagues and are prepared to start holding training sessions autonomously 
  • Process Training: You will regularly attend training sessions with your colleagues, thereby getting to know the daily operations of a Customer Training Manager (m/f/d) at EGYM and successfully learning the different procedures for yourself
  • Ownership: You will be introduced to your customer base and will independently conduct the first training and presentations to ensure success of implementing EGYM products to the studios 
  • Efficiency: You will be able to organise your working day successfully as well as purposefully and know how to use all the relevant tools for you and your customers' benefit
