As part of our Customer Success Team, you will perform a key role in the Customer Training area in helping our customers to understand and use our products in the best possible way. - Training: You conduct our EGYM Smart Strength and Smart Flex product training sessions and ensure that all studio owners and employees are up to date with our products
- Guidance: You lead your customers to success with EGYM hardware and software solutions by being the main point of contact for Training related questions and show them how to get the best results from the EGYM products
- Analysis:Â You analyse the training needs of our customers on site and are responsible for the implementation of the training
- Collaboration: You form a tandem with the regional Concept Consultants and coordinate the integration and optimisation of the products and concepts at the customer's site together with them
- Innovation: You support the planning, preparation and implementation of our EGYM Campus training in our partner studios
- Optimisation: You will work closely with our CSM team (Customer Success Management) to ensure you understand the needs of the customer, every training session meets these needs and ensure maximum success of the products in their studiosÂ
