Job description

Training Manager (Wind Turbine) 150K

Location: Bangkok ,Thailand

Job description:

  • Implements defined superior policies and guidelines, and defines and ensures implementation of function specific processes, procedures, methods and/or tools.
  • Leads technical training program implementation for employees and/or customers to develop technical competencies and skills required.
  • Defines and allocates resources.
  • Leads the development, preparation, implementation, and follow-up for all service training activities for assigned business partners/products.
  • Explores trends, innovations, and applications within the training industry.
  • Plans, formulates, and approves technical training programs. Leads the evaluation of the effectiveness of programs for updating and enhancement.
  • Manages organization unit(s) assigned and leads and/or coordinates dedicated management and staff.

Additional Job Description:

  • Qualification in relevant field in terms of wind site construction or has concept and knowledge in heavy industry training system.
  • Experience in the wind industry is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in aforementioned areas
  • Knowledge of people and project management methods and techniques, commercial management.
  • Excellent IT skills including MS Office/SharePoint
  • Excellent communication skills in English are essential, both verbally and written.
  • Experience in project scheduling using MS Project/Primavera an advantage.
