Mon - Fri 9 AM- 6 PM (EST) includes 1h unpaid break.

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our innovative team. This role is critical in shaping and enhancing our investment platform, which is built using Laravel (PHP), React, and ShadCN UI components. Your expertise will directly impact how investors engage with startup opportunities and the efficiency of fund management workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain core features by building, testing, and deploying scalable application features using Laravel 10 (PHP) for the backend and React.js for the frontend.
Implement modern, dynamic, and accessible UI components using ShadCN UI and Tailwind CSS.
Optimize and manage MySQL or PostgreSQL databases, ensuring data integrity and efficiency.
Implement secure document storage, API authentication, KYC/AML integration, and investor verification workflows.
Design and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless data exchange across services, including banking APIs (ACH/Wire transfers), DocuSeal/DocuBee (e-signatures), and Mercury API (financial transactions).
Enhance database queries, caching strategies, and API response times for high-performance applications.
Work on LLC creation automation, investor fund tracking, and automated investment allocations.
Implement and improve containerization (Docker, Docker Compose), continuous integration (GitHub Actions), and cloud-based deployments.
Participate in code reviews, best practices discussions, and maintain high coding standards.

Technical Requirements

Experience with Laravel 10 (PHP 8.2+), MySQL or PostgreSQL, and Composer.
Proficiency in React.js, Next.js (preferred), Tailwind CSS, and ShadCN UI.
Knowledge of RESTful API architecture, API authentication (OAuth, JWT), and Webhooks.
Familiarity with Docker and Docker Compose, GitHub Actions (CI/CD), and cloud hosting platforms such as AWS or DigitalOcean.
Understanding of KYC/AML integration, data encryption, and secure document storage using AWS S3, VGS, or similar.
Experience with Vite.js for frontend builds, Node.js 18+, Redis for caching, and queue workers such as Laravel Horizon.
Familiarity with ACH and wire transfers through Plaid or Mercury API, payment processing, and investor fund tracking.

Nice to Have but Not Required

Experience in fintech, investment platforms, or startup ecosystems.
Familiarity with automated regulatory filings such as Form D and Blue Sky compliance.
Knowledge of GraphQL and microservices architecture.
Previous experience working with white-label SaaS solutions.
