RAINN also carries out programs to prevent sexual violence, educate the public, help organizations improve their prevention and response programs, and ensure that perpetrators are brought to justice.

Corporate Philanthropy & Partnerships Manager

The Corporate Philanthropy & Partnerships Manager will support RAINN’s Development team, cultivating, securing, and sustaining corporate partnerships that support our mission. As a key member of the fundraising team, this role will develop and implement strategic initiatives to engage corporate donors, steward relationships, and maximize revenue growth. This includes crafting compelling partnership proposals, executing corporate giving campaigns, and managing donor stewardship programs to enhance long-term partnerships. The position will also work closely with the broader Development team to align corporate fundraising efforts with major gifts strategies and overarching fundraising goals.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of corporate development or corporate fundraising experience and two to three years in major gifts fundraising, with expertise in managing the full corporate giving cycle—from prospect identification and solicitation to stewardship and renewal.
