Pinpoint is the ATS that simplifies complex hiring for organizations managing multiple streams of recruitment.
Pinpoint gives you the flexibility, control, and ease of use you need at every step—from planning to attracting, selecting, and onboarding candidates.
We empower talent teams to get all streams of hiring under control so they can step into the more strategic role we believe talent should play in the business.
Hi 👋 I'm Beth, the Director of Partnerships at Pinpoint.
We're a high-growth, bootstrapped HR-tech start-up building and selling software that helps in-house recruitment teams attract, hire, and onboard the right talent. Today, we have a strong foundation in place, with a mature product, strong product-market fit, and happy customers.
We have an established partner network in the UK, and we're excited to bring on a dedicated UK Partnerships Manager to strengthen these existing relationships and expand our partner ecosystem.
In this role, you will take the lead in identifying new revenue-driving referral partnerships, acquiring them, and nurturing long-term relationships to drive mutual growth. Additionally, you will oversee the UK partner base, manage the entire partner lifecycle, and ensure all activities focus on lead generation and measurable impact for Pinpoint's business goals. You'll collaborate closely with a Partner Marketing Manager on co-marketing efforts. The fine print (but way more exciting):
UK-based, remote-first role with in-person team meetups a few times a year. Our HQ is in Jersey, UK, and our 70-person remote team spans the UK and US.
Our values shape how we work. If they resonate with you, we'd love to meet you.
Partnerships = revenue. Every action in this role should drive measurable growth through referral leads.
Your focus is the UK, but you may get opportunities to work on UK + US partnerships.
About the Role

Set crystal-clear expectations. Ensure smooth communication and strong, long-term relationships
