About the Team/Role:
Payzer, a WEX Company, creates software solutions to help contractors simplify their business and make life easier.
Our software product, Payzerware, is an end-to-end Field Service Management platform that helps contractors run their business, grow sales, and simplify back-office operations. Payzerware provides complete business management including schedule / dispatch, invoicing, sales proposals, and maintenance agreements. It also enables a full range of payment and financing solutions, which further help contractors decrease outstanding's, generate more revenue per job, and save time.
Outside Sales Representatives are focused on bringing the product out into the market, working with manufacturer and distribution partnerships, as well as helping new customers sign up for our flagship product, Payzerware.
The Payzerware Outside Sales Team are:
Experts at demonstrating Payzerware to warm prospects, and able to show how Payzerware can solve problems for contractors and their industry parts suppliers.
Self sufficient and intrinsically motivated sales people, who can maintain professionalism and be consistent without constant supervision.
Open to travel in order to build relationships within the industry to generate their own sales opportunities through warm introductions.
Exceptional question askers and listeners, with especially strong skills at uncovering reasons that drive and inhibit purchase intent.
Disciplined and consistent at following up with opportunities in their pipeline to maximize sales.
Product experts who work hard, solve problems, and have a competitive edge while working as a team.
How you'll make an impact:
Perform customer demos of our software, virtually and in-person.
Travel throughout the country building relationships with industry partners to source your own sales opportunities.
Act as an ambassador to the industry for Payzerware and WEX for HVAC, Plumbing, and other trades.
Deliver necessary documentation and data to our training and onboarding teams.
Attend dealer events, trade shows, and other industry events throughout the country.
Make 20+ outbound calls into their warm pipeline to advance deals.
Keep in regular contact with Territory Managers and other Sales professionals, while managing your markets and territories.
Support customer success in your territories.
Experience you'll bring:
Education - Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree.
Experience: 2+ years in Enterprise Sales.
