Are you a motivated sales professional with a passion for developing strong client relationships? We are looking for a driven individual to manage and grow both existing and new accounts, specifically within the Schwarzkopf Professional brand.
What You´ll Do
Consultative Account Management: Use your expertise to manage and develop a portfolio of accounts, creating customised solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
Strategic Sales Growth: Leverage insights from KPI dashboards to identify and capitalise on opportunities, ensuring you consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
360-Degree Sales Approach: Expand and develop your account base through the sale of products, digital platforms, tailored demonstrations, and comprehensive services.
Build Long-Lasting Partnerships: Forge strong, mutually beneficial relationships that help drive the success of your clients' businesses as well as your own.
Collaborative Environment: Work enthusiastically with all departments across the company to support and promote the growth of Henkel and the Schwarzkopf Professional brand.
Brand Loyalty & Negotiation: Engage and motivate your account base to enhance brand loyalty, utilising your negotiation skills to strengthen client commitments.
KPI Accountability: Take ownership of achieving KPIs within your territory, consistently tracking, analysing, and reporting on performance metrics to ensure optimal results.
Engage in Professional Development: Actively participate in team meetings, sales conferences, and industry events to stay at the forefront of market trends and continue growing your expertise.

Proven track record of developing an Account Base
