Responsibilities

Shamrock is looking for a high energy Senior Product Manager with a deep understanding of digital freight brokerage to lead our efforts in modernizing our platform and driving innovation. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for shaping the strategy, development, and execution of our digital freight brokerage products. This role will work closely with engineering, operations, sales, and customers to create solutions that enhance automation, optimize load matching, and improve end-to-end visibility. A key focus will be building seamless digital experiences that allow carriers to book loads effortlessly and shippers to receive fast, accurate quotes, driving both user satisfaction and aggressive growth.The ideal candidate will have proven experience in thought leadership and detailed execution to own and drive product performance and operational excellence in our Freight Brokerage business.

Define and execute the product vision and strategy for the freight brokerage.
Lead the development of digital tools that streamline carrier and shipper interactions.
Build seamless digital experiences for carriers to book loads and shippers to receive quotes quickly and efficiently.
Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and operations teams to deliver best-in-class solutions.
Utilize data-driven insights to optimize load matching, pricing algorithms, and marketplace dynamics.
Drive automation efforts to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual workflows.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to stay ahead of market shifts.
Own the product roadmap, prioritize initiatives, and ensure timely execution.

Qualifications

4+ years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years in freight brokerage, logistics, or supply chain technology.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Proven track record of delivering digital products that enhance efficiency and customer experience.
Experience working with APIs, integrations, and digital platforms.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with machine learning models for pricing and load optimization.
Background in building marketplace or network-based products.
Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) and freight operations.
