Theoria’s Technology Department is currently seeking a results-oriented and experienced Director of Product Management. As the Director of Product Management, you will play a crucial role in leading our product management team and driving the strategic direction of our products. We are looking for a candidate who possesses strong leadership skills, a track record of successful product launches, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Shift Structure: 

• Monday-Friday 10am-6pm EST
• Remote 

Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing product management team
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional leaders and act as a liaison between product team and executive leadership
• Process Improvement: Establish and refine product management processes and implement tools for effective communication
• Strategic Planning: Define product vision, conduct market research, prioritize initiatives, and allocate resources effectively
• Product Development: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, define requirements, and monitor performance for continuous improvements
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensure compliance with standards and regulations

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
• Proven track record of successful product launches.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Must be punctual or on time and adhere to the company's Time and Attendance policy.
• Must be able to remain sitting for the majority of their shift.
