Vasion is looking for a talented Customer Success Executive to join our growing team in APAC - Australia (NSW but Gold Coast or Melbourne would be considered) that exemplifies our core values and wants to be part of our growing team. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for revenue growth within existing customer accounts. As a Customer Success Manager you will regularly connect with customers as well as partner with Sales Managers, Executives and our Support teams to better understand the needs and vision of your customers. You will be directly responsible in guiding them to take full advantage of our product offerings. You will work closely with your Manager, Sales, Marketing and Support teams to communicate your customer’s needs and vision internally and to collaboratively ensure your customers are receiving a world-class experience.
Your goal should be to become a trusted advisor for your customers throughout their digital transformation journey.
