Our client – a cutting-edge edtech company using AI to revolutionize how learning is assessed – is on the lookout for an experienced and relationship-driven Customer Success Manager to join their US team.

This is a strategic CSM role focused on partnering with K-12 schools and districts (especially in TX, CA, FL, and other key states), helping them get the most value from the platform, drive adoption, and ensure long-term success.

What you’ll be doing:
βœ… Building and managing relationships with school and district leaders
βœ… Leading onboarding, training, and rollout processes for new customers
βœ… Acting as a trusted advisor, helping educators integrate the product into everyday practice
βœ… Proactively identifying risks, solving problems, and delivering value throughout the customer journey
βœ… Collaborating closely with product, sales, and support teams to elevate the customer experience
βœ… Driving renewals and expansion opportunities within your portfolio

Requirements

What we’re looking for:

✨ 5+ years of customer success experience in the edtech space

✨ Proven track record working with K-12 schools and districts in Texas, California, Florida, or similar states

✨ Deep understanding of education systems, district priorities, and the challenges educators face

✨ Strong communication and presentation skills – both 1:1 and with larger stakeholder groups

✨ Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment

✨ Passionate about education, technology, and helping others succeed
