  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., Sales, BDRs, Product) to align event goals and messaging.
  • Vendor Management: Source and manage vendors, venues, and third-party contractors to ensure high-quality event production.
  • Content Development: Collaborate to create event materials such as presentations, landing pages, invitations, and promotional assets.
  • On-site Coordination: Manage on-site operations, registration, and staff coordination for in-person events, where needed.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong exposure to planning and executing events in B2B space.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement expertise; exposure to guiding and aligning on company-wide event initiatives.
  • Experience cross-collaborating with sales and product teams in a software-driven environment is a bonus!
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment.
  • The ability to drive data-driven decision making and ensuring that metrics are set-out and reported on pre-, at and post events.
  • Ability to travel to events where required.
