We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to join our clients law firm, a well-established personal injury firm based in Arizona (MST). This is a 100% remote position, ideal for a highly organized and proactive professional with a strong background in case management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of 35+ personal injury cases from intake to settlement.
Utilize Zoho CRM - Case Management Software to track and manage cases.
Open new case files and ensure all required documentation is properly recorded.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of case statuses, deadlines, and next steps.
Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, insurance companies, and medical providers.
Assist in collecting medical records, police reports, and other essential case documents.
Support attorneys in case preparation, negotiations, and settlements.
Intake experience is a plus but not required.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager, managing at least 35 cases simultaneously.
Strong understanding of personal injury case processes and procedures.
Experience using Zoho CRM or similar case management software.
Excellent organizational, communication, and client management skills.
Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
Proficiency in using OpenPhone for client communication.
