Job Purpose:
This position is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a team of staff. The Supervisor manages his/her team’s performance at an individual level and focuses on measuring and improving the key performance metrics of productivity and quality. The Supervisor provides the team with guidance and constructive feedback, supports their training efforts and is responsible for job growth of strong performers.

Note: Savista is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $53,000 to $60,000. However, specific compensation for the role will vary within the above range based on many factors including but not limited to geographic location, candidate experience, applicable certifications, and skills.
