The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the Physician Sourcing Team by efficiently executing administrative duties and actively participating in interview scheduling and onboarding processes. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for providing recruitment support for Physician openings across our portfolio of business. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to; maintaining candidate relationships, administering physician talent acquisition outreach campaigns, maintaining a high level of white glove service for our internal staff and candidates, ensuring job-posting accuracy, assisting with the coordination of in-person and virtual events.
This is a virtual position. 6-month contract assignment.
