The purpose of this role is to drive strategic business development by establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring a strong market presence. Additionally, the role involves overseeing the strategy, execution, and performance of channels to enhance customer relationships and loyalty, with P&L responsibility for the channel's growth, profitability, and overall management.

Your New Role :

Manage and deliver the annual new business target.
Develop and share MI data to influence business decisions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with regulations and requirements.
Underwrite new business and renewals for selected products.
Establish and develop relationships with key clients.
Monitor client feedback and market requirements.
Learn about new products and commission structures to enhance client relationships.
Coach and mentor team performance to achieve targets.

About You:

Significant relevant experience in general servicing and underwriting.
At least some experience in a managerial capacity.
Professional qualification in insurance or related disciplines preferred.
A Tertiary Degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
