Job Summary
This position is responsible for coordinating US based critical incident response requests due to critical or significant events at the workplace affecting site employee’s productivity and/or level of functioning.
Primary Responsibilities
Consults with customers regarding best practices for critical incident response.
Triages and coordinates time sensitive requests utilizing network providers.
Responds to after-hours requests on rotating basis by being on-call for 1 week, approximately every 5 weeks.
Follows-up with customer on all service requests to ensure service satisfaction.
Maintains documentation for all service requests and their disposition.
Submits providers’ invoice for services to Accounting in a timely fashion.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Psychology or Social Work required, MA preferred
Flexibility to be on-call 24/7 for 1 week at a time, approximately every 5 weeks.
Excellent communication skills
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to foster good working relationships with network providers.
