IT Consultant (with German)

Location: Remote within Poland

Project Overview

We’re looking for IT Consultants at different levels of experience to join our client's team. Whether you're just starting your career or you're an experienced consultant, we have a place for you! As part of the team, you’ll play a key role in offering strategic advice and support across various IT systems and processes, focusing on IT organizations, green IT, and legacy system analysis.

Responsibilities

• Strategic consulting on IT systems, IT organizations, IT projects, IT processes, and green IT
• Consulting and support in contract drafting, including SLAs and OLA creation, monitoring, and reporting
• Specification and analysis of requirements, including preparation of service and technical specifications
• Creation of evaluation criteria, benchmarks, and conducting risk analyses for IT systems and processes
• Participating in expert commissions and supporting the creation of introductory strategies
• Conducting legacy system analyses, documenting results, and preparing forecasts for cost developments
• Managing and presenting results at the management and executive levels (for Expert positions)
• Consulting on legacy system analysis, preparing project documentation, and supporting contract negotiations

Requirements

Junior IT Consultant:

• Completed IT or technical education (from a technical college or university) and at least 1 year of professional experience as an IT consultant, or, if without a higher degree, at least 5 years of professional experience as an IT consultant.
• Familiarity with IT documents (SLAs, OLA’s, LV, etc.)
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Senior IT Consultant:

• Completed IT or technical education (from a technical college or university) and at least 5 years of professional experience as an IT consultant, or, if without a higher degree, at least 8 years of professional experience as an IT consultant.
• Familiarity with IT documents (SLAs, OLA’s, LV, etc.)
• Expertise in creating and using various IT documents
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Completed IT or technical training with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience

Expert IT Consultant:

• Completed IT or technical education (from a technical college or university) and at least 8 years of professional experience as an IT consultant, or, if without a higher degree, at least 12 years of professional experience as an IT consultant.
• Familiarity with IT documents (SLAs, OLA’s, LV, etc.)
• Experience in managing expert commissions and presenting results to high-level management
• Strong project management and leadership skills
• Completed IT or technical training with a minimum of 8 years of professional experience

Language Requirements

• Fluency in Polish.
• Communicative knowledge of German language (min. B2 level is required)
