Job description

The Role

FinStrat Management (“FSM”) is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Strategic Account Executive. This is a part-time, remote role.

The ideal candidate will have had previous experience in the Venture Capital industry.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic partnerships and secure high-value sales opportunities with Venture Capital firms
  • Lead the identification, qualification, and cultivation of strategic relationships and high-value sales opportunities, managing complex sales cycles from initial engagement to contract negotiation and closure
  • Establish and nurture deep, trusted advisor relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers within target organizations
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales pipeline growth, revenue generation, market share expansion, and customer acquisition cost, providing regular updates to executive leadership
Job Requirements
  • 7+ years of sales experience with a proven track record in generating leads of service solutions, with a focus on shaping and selling customized offerings.
  • Success in setting and achieving engagement targets, and the drive to win business and meet financial goals.
  • Proven experience qualifying leads from opportunity identification through to closure, including negotiation and contract finalization.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to quickly build trust and rapport with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
  • Strong process orientation and the ability to work effectively with virtual teams across multiple locations.
